When it gets like this it's safer to have every one just shelter in place. They even close sections of the interstate because getting blown off the road is a very likely thing!

they closed the roads! This was taken near Summit by the
SD Highway Patrol and posted to Facebook
with a warning to stay home.
Both the tribal and the non-tribal authorities are also warning us: go out in this, and we'll give ya a ticket! So, not wanting a ticket, I'm enjoying a slow day of hot tea and reading.
