We welcome you to join a Giving Voice PeerSpirit circle for spring 2017!
Leading up to the National Conference in July, Giving Voice is hosting spring PeerSpirit dialogue circles for younger Catholic women religious. This is especially encouraged for conference attendees as it prepares us for our time together. We’ll meet via Zoom, an online conferencing and collaboration platform.
The intention is to be present for a series of 3 circle dialogs with your group. Each session will last 75 minutes. The themes each circle will explore include:
March: Welcome Circle… Are you new to the Giving Voice or the Circle Process? Come meet each other and listen to the longing that brings you here. Learn more about PeerSpirit Circle Dialog and how it supports us as a community to live into our vision and call for our lives.
April: Healing Divisions: Contemplation and Action… How do we engage in this in our communities and in the wider world? How do we achieve this inner balance?
May: Building Bridges With Others… How do we build bridges with groups so often seen as “other,” particularly immigrants and refugees and across religious life?
June: Poised to Lead… How can Giving Voice sisters embody effective and prophetic leadership individually, in our communities, and out in the world?
Sign up here for your group by identifying the time which can work for you. Each group can have up to 12 members.

PeerSpirit Circle Process (The Circle Way)
We practice the PeerSpirit Circle process for our gathering and spring virtual circles. If you’d like to learn more about The Circle Way:
- Watch "Components of the Circle Way" which can be found at: http://www.thecircleway.net/resource-videos
- View basic circle guidelines (available in 13 languages) at: http://www.thecircleway.net/circle-way-guidelines
- Read the Book, The Circle Way - A Leader in Every Chair, by Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea.
The Circle Way book illustrates the application and potential of using circle in community and organizational settings. The book is filled with stories that bring the necessary infrastructure of circle conversation to life with examples from consulting in health care, education, religious and non-profit administration, associations and general business, applying small group transformation and large-scale intervention.
We look forward to being together in Circle - a place of deep listening, a place of shared leadership.
