Voices of Younger Religious

We hope to share different voices of younger religious in each monthly e-newsletter.  Here is a reflection by  Rejane Cytacki, SCL, who attended the Giving Voice 20s & 30s retreat
this past January in Phoenix, AZ.

"I have attended Giving Voice for 3 years  now. I can say that I am building great relationships and friendships among the sisters I have met in Phoenix. These three years we have been staying at Our Lady of Guadalupe Monastery run by two Benedictine Sisters, S. Linda and Lydia. Their hospitality and their ministry to their local community with a community garden is wonderful and inspiring! Every year we can watch how their ministry is growing and thriving. Giving Voice is about empowerment. Last year we participated in a PeerCircling facilitation which I was able to take back to my community and incorporate in our new Care of Creation Committee.  I am very grateful for this opportunity to come and just be with my God and my peers. In Gratitude- S.
