My favorite Giving Voice experience… The most meaningful Giving Voice experience for me have been the 20s and 30s retreat. Each year during initial formation I was able to bring my questions and share my challenges, hopes, and dreams for religious life in an atmosphere that was supportive and oh so life giving. I am so grateful for the women in Giving Voice who have journeyed and supported me throughout the years!

I believe in religious life… As my fellow core team member Katty Huanuco, CCVI said recently, “Hope is resistance.” I believe so deeply in the future of religious life because this vocation has helped me to become my most authentic self. In the bigger picture, religious life is a part of God’s project. Spaces like Giving Voice and the relationships that we foster with one another is what nurtures me and gives me hope in this life.
